SHIPPING & RETURNS

Couple's Paradise is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript bags and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The name “Couple's Paradise” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

Domestic (Nassau) Shipping Information

In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm (ET). Once your order is placed our customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm your actual delivery time.

Family Island Shipping

All family orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance so that your item may be shipped out on the next possible vessel.

Boat Freight for Family Islands is a Standard Fee of $10.00
Air Freight shipping for family islands is a Standard Fee of $40.00 
 

Backordered Items & Shipping Policies

If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. 

Couple's Paradise requires a signature or order number verification for all orders that exceed $250 and for items that exceed $149.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons. As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best customer service possible, Couple's Paradise is proud to be one of the few adult retailers that accepts customer returns.

Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any item on the site if there is any issues during the first 90 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item, substituting a similar item in its place or refunding your money.

If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge.

 

For your convenience, we’ve streamlined the returns process to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Just follow these simple steps:

  2. .After determining a course of action with a customer service agent, the agent will inform you on how the item will be replaced.


Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your return, you can request an update by Contacting our Customer Service Department.
